Olaa este es un tema EDITADO por mi,no me gusto mucho como qedo :/ pero bueno se los qize compartir con ustedes

Como Instalar:
copias los 2 archivos qe van a estar en la carpeta a:
Inicio-->Equipo-->Disco Local c-->Windows-->Resources-->Themes
y lo pegas ahy

Luego ya sabes...
Click derecho en el escritorio-->personalizar--> y estara aero glass
lo seleccionas y listo!

Installing:
copy the 2 files that will be in the folder:
Home -> Computer -> Local Disk C -> Windows -> Resources -> Themes
and paste it there

Then you know ...
Right click on desktop -> customize -> and will be 'aero glass'
you select it and done!
